Co-fermentation of traditional Dão white and red grapes. The blend is made up of 70% Jaen and Alfrocheiro and 30% Encruzado and Bical from high altitude vineyards and granite soils. Delicate aromas associated with a more spicy character, with discreet fruit and some green associated with the use of stems. It is a relaxed blend that combines the best red and white grape varieties in the region.
